Willie Maxine Beck, age 91, passed away on November 17, 2018 in Childress, Texas.
Graveside services will be 2:00pm on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 in Northlawn Memorial Gardens in Dumas, Texas.
Visitation will be on Monday evening from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at Johnson Funeral Home in Childress, Texas.
Maxine was born on May 2, 1927 to John Frank Jones and Willie Elba Kirk Jones in Floydada, Texas.
Maxine was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Dumas for 60 years and a member of First Baptist Church in Childress for 10 years. She was member of the Dumas VFW Auxiliary and also the First Baptist Church Quilting Club in Childress.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, David J. Beck; son, Dane Beck; sons-in-law, Wess Ferris and Larry Hunt and two great granddaughters.
She is survived by daughter, Cheryl Grimes and husband, Robert of Childress, TX, daughter, Denise Swain and husband, Allen of Childress, TX, daughter, Pam Ferris of Roswell, NM; daughter-in-law, Beth Beck of Amarillo, TX; grandsons, Dale Beck, Kirk Swain, Zach Ferris and Lance Ferris; granddaughters, Deena Beck, Deidra Winn, Jennifer Vehon and Christy Swain; 12 Great Grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
