Services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, June 14, 2014 in Carey Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Wilson officiating . Burial will be in Childress Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Johnson Funeral Home on Friday June 13, 2014 from 6:00-8:00PM William Davis (Bill) passed away on June 10, 2014 at the age of 79. He was born in Wellington, Tx. to Vesta (Orb) Aubrey and Willie Summer Watts.He moved to Childress at the age of 6 and attended High Point School and Childress High School. He attended Barber school in Amarillo and had shops in Roswell NM, Grants, NM. and Dallas, Tx. In 1968 he received his insurance License and sold insurance. In 1976 he moved back to Childress to help his parents farm. He married Mary Ann Yates in 1974. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers; J.W., Lavance and E.J. Watts, daughter, Kimberly Dawn Watts Williams and grandson, David Wayne Duffield. Memorials may be made to Carey Baptist Church...Church Van Fund.
