Wayne Love, age 77, died Wednesday, August 21, 2013 in Lubbock. Services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, August 24, 2013 in Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Childress Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Johnson Funeral Home on Friday, August 23, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Chester Wayne Love was born on February 12, 1936 in Childress to R.K. "Dude" and Bonnie Whitley Love. Wayne was a jokester. His favorite passtimes were fishing and watching old western movies. He was a truck driver and carpenter for many years. After his retirement he worked at Childress Walmart for 7 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother-in-law, John Mikeals , Sister-in-law, Vicke Love He is survived by: 2 Sons - Leslie Wayne Love of Childress, TX, Bryan Love and Wife Tammy of Lubbock, Tx.
