Obituary for Robert Clark
Robert N. “Bob” Clark, 83, passed away Sunday, January 17, 2021 in Memphis. A family memorial service will be held March 6 at 11 a.m. at Lakeview Cemetery with Tom Anderson officiating.
He was born August 10, 1937 in Leslie, Texas to James Winford Clark and Agnus Louise Banker Clark. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 1954 in Amarillo. He was a fence builder by trade and was also a member of the Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, James Cecil Clark and Acel Marlin Clark and a sister, Ellen Ruth Clark Sweeney.
Survivors include two daughters, Cathy Arnold of Athens, Texas and Vickie Brown and husband, Larry, of Palestine, Texas; grandchildren Carla, Mackenzi, Laci, MaKayla, Randi and Jody, great grandchildren Tye, Shayla, Jake, Kylie Rose and Judge and great great grandchild Blakelee along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials in his name to a favorite charity or non-profit.
