Memorial services for Richard “Big Rich” Ramos, 57, will be held Monday, December 14, 2020 at 2 p.m. at the Childress Church of Christ with Reyes Martinez officiating.
Big Rich passed away Monday, December 7, 2020 in Decatur.
He was born March 8, 1963 in Paducah to Alberto Ramos and Martina Alvarez Ramos.
He enjoyed singing and dancing, he was always joking around with everyone, he collected model cars, knives, guns and he enjoyed barbecuing with family and friends. Most of all, he put others before himself and he had a heart of gold.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife Silvia Ramos of Childress; his grandson Carson Ramos; two sons, Richard Ramos, Jr. and wife, Amie of Paducah and Aaron Ramos of Lubbock; a daughter Ashley Ramos and fiancé Braden Aguirre; siblings Jimmy Ramos, Alberto Ramos, Sammy Ramos and Mary Helen Ruiz; granddaughters Houston and Harley; fur babies Paruhs, Blitzie and Lola Bear along with several adopted kids: Jacob Castor, Joey Castor, Michael Oronia, Martin Oronia, Michael Brisco, Dietrich Polley, Justin Felton and Carnell Hampton.
