Obituary for Ricky Garza
Funeral services for Ricky Garza, 46, will be held Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church with Randy Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Childress Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.
He passed away December 16, 2022 in Childress.
Ricardo Guadalupe Garza was born December 10, 1976 in Monterrey, Mexico to Ricardo and Gloria Garza.
He was a farmer by trade and was a big guy with an even bigger heart. He was hard working and loved his family. He was very kind and generous. He was very unique and one-of-a-kind and had a very unique sense of humor. He will be missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Kristy; his children, Laissa Garza, Abby Garza, Alexis Garza and Ricky Garza, Jr.; two brothers, Adam Garza and wife, Ashley, and Robert Garza; a sister, Maria Oronia and husband, Martin; his father-in-law, Gil Rodriguez; mother-in-law, Angela Miller; sister-in-law, Tina Lawry and husband, Matt; special friends Cade and Jennifer Wyatt and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
