Obituary for Rhonda W. Cozart

Rhonda Cozart, 55, passed away September 22, 2021 in Childress. Private memorial services will be held at a later date. She was born June 11, 1966.
Rhonda moved to Childress in 1998, where she opened up a registered home and kept many children throughout the years up until her passing. She selflessly served and cared for so many people. She influenced many kids’ lives in such a positive manner. She’ll be missed by so many kids and parents who she had previously taken care of when they were kids themselves.
She was a devoted mother to her kids and a devoted Gigi to her grandkids. She always put her kids and grandkids first. She never missed a game and never hesitated to volunteer helping with the concession stands at events or games. She always rooted for the Bobcats even after her kids graduated, and did her best to show up at daycare kids’ games and events.
Rhonda was a diehard Texas A&M Aggies fan and Dallas Cowboys fan, you would be hard pressed to find anybody as knowledgeable about the game of football as her, especially when it came down to those two teams.
Rhonda will join her mother, Lynda Nall and grandparents Oscar Roberts and Ruth Evans Roberts.
Rhonda will be remembered by her father, Dr. Ricky Nall, son, Chance Cozart (Aidee) of Childress, daughter, Chaney Cozart Allen (Ben) of Wilmore, Kentucky, brother Rusty Pierce (Cindy) of Corinth, Texas, brother Ronny Nall (Jolanda) of Amarillo and brother Randy Nall (Misty) of Childress, grandkids: Dakota Allen Cozart, Knight Cozart & Stanton Cozart and several nieces and one nephew.
