Carlene Keeling, age 61, passed away on September 9, 2014 in Amarillo. A private family burial took place on September 10, 2014 in Kirkland Cemetery in Kirkland, TX. Carlene was born on October 1, 1952 in Childress, TX to Carl Rex and Nova Jim (Tate) Harris. She was a member of the Childress Church of Christ. Carlene was preceded in death by her parents; a step-mother, Frances Harris; one aunt and uncle, Rheta and Lewis Kanagy. Survivors include one son, Troyce Keeling and wife, Sonia, of Amarillo; one daughter, Lacey Gilbert and husband, Reggie, of Houston; one brother, Terry Rex Harris of Childress; one sister, Nancy Henderson of Lazare; grandsons Morgan Keeling, Brandon Keeling, and Devin Gilbert; granddaughters Megan Keeling and Kayla Gilbert.
