Reyes S. Reyna, age 80, died Thursday, October 13, 2016 in Lubbock. Services will be at 10:00 AM Tuesday, October 18, 2016 in First Baptist Church with Cruz Reyna officiating . Burial will be in Childress Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Johnson Funeral Home on Monday, October 17, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Reyes S. Reyna was born on August 25, 1936 in Karnes City, Texas to Cruz and Inez Salas Reyna. Reyes and Ogarita ( Rita) were married for 44 years. Reyes was a Baptist minister who preached at the Spanish Mission and at multiple churches for over 20 years. His passion in life was not only Christ but his family and farming. He had been in the farming industry since 1973. Survivors: Wife - Ogarita (Rita) Reyna 4 Sons - Michael Gonzales and Wife Karen Roger Gonzales Reyes Reyna, Jr., Carlos Reyna 3 Daughters - Cynthia Estrada Maria Shoffner and Husband Larry Maggie Reyna 12 Grandchildren- J. Gonzales, Cassie Estrada, Ashley Smith, Mikayla Gonzales,Zach Miekle, Joshua Miekle, Tyler Mullin, Mylee Reyna, Esena Reyna, Randi Jo "Early Bird" Wichert, Samantha Salazar, Rudy Apodaca 4 Great Grand Children - Alex Salazar, Grayson Gonzales, Layla Salazar, Wanda Saucedo.
