Lynda Lou Havins Baty, 65 years young, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 12:10pm at United Regional Hospital in Wichita Falls, Texas.   Lynda Baty was born on September 11, 1953 in Quanah, Texas.   She was preceded in death by her parents, Marlene and Kenneth Havins of Childress, Texas and her grandson, Brice Johnson and her sister, Judy Neskorik.   She is survived by her daughter, Malissa Trachsler and two granddaughters, Katelynn Trachsler of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Haley Lunn of Houston, Texas.   Lynda is also survived by her three sisters, Sheree Mahan Frazer of Wichita Falls, Texas, Brenda Havins Garrett of Childress, Texas, and Barbara Havins Lusby of Duncan, Oklahoma.   Lynda is survived by six nephews and four nieces and their families and children scattered from Edmond, Oklahoma to Houston, Texas.
Before retiring Lynda was employed as a waitress and retail clerk, but recently worked as a gaming attendant.   Lynda was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family.
Chad King will be conducting a memorial service at 10 am on Friday, July 19, 2019, at the Calvary Baptist Church, located at 1606 Avenue I NW, in Childress, Texas followed by a graveside service at the Childress Cemetery.
