Obituary for Lillie Eaton
Funeral services for Lillie Faye Eaton, 84, will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at Calvary Baptist Church with Shane Kendrix officiating and Terry Williams assisting. Burial will follow in Childress Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home.
She passed away Saturday, August 30, 2020 in Childress.
She was born April 24, 1936 to John Montgomery and Dora Parker Montgomery.
Lillie loved to cook for her family and was a very caring person who enjoyed taking care of people. She had a temper and had no problem taking her shoe after the kids. She loved babies and visiting with friends and family. Her daughters were number one in her life and she was very protective.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Julene Payne; a granddaughter, Pamela Kaye Lankford; a daughter, Terry Musgrove and a son-in-law, Doug Musgrove.
Survivors include a daughter, Judy Arnn and husband, Dusty; a daughter, Patricia Connell and husband, Shelley; grandchildren Dusti Shipman and husband, Steven; Darwin Lankford and wife, Tanya; Jimmy Bradford and wife, Jennifer; Nicky Bradford and wife, Tiffany; Tiffany Youell and husband, Brad; Dana Friel and husband, Kris; Alicia Hunter and husband, Justin; Justin Lane and wife, Amanda; Shelley Connell; Jason Connell and wife, Dianna; Amanda McCranie and husband, Kevin; 25 great grandchildren; three great grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends.
