Lamarylis D. McGuire, age 56, died Friday, November 29, 2013 in Wichita Falls. Public viewing will begin at 10 AM on Tuesday at the First Assembly of God Church in Paducah and will continue until service time. Services will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 03, 2013 at First Assembly of God Church of Paducah with Rev.Carl Savage officiating . Burial will be in the Garden of Memories in Paducah. Lamarylis was born March 22, 1957 in Odessa, TX to Floyd Laury and Ellen (Jones) Robinson. Lamarylis loved to sew and cook, and greatly enjoyed fishing. She was quite accomplished in her crocheting skills, having completed large wall-size pieces including one of Psalm 23. She was baptized in the Antioch Baptist Church in Paducah. Lamarylis loved her family and was quite good at keeping them in line. Lamarylis was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd Laury and Ellen (Jones) Robinson ; three brothers, Emmitt Jones, Ray Charles Jones and Charlie Jones; and a sister, Lula Davis. Survivors include: Husband - Robert McGuire, Sr. of Paducah, TX Two Sons - Robert McGuire, Jr. of Paducah, TX and Richard McGuire, of Amarillo, TX; Two Daughters - Stefanie McGuire Boyd of Paducah, TX and Marshain Stuckey of Waco, TX; Two Brothers - Willie Davis of Dallas, TX and Ricky Searcy of Paducah, TX; Three Sisters - Linda Smart of Paducah, TX, Mildred Busby of Paducah, TX, Barbara Jones of Dallas, TX; Nine Grandchildren; Five Great-Grandchildren; And a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends
