Graveside services for Kathy Milligan Swindell will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 10:00Am at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Quanah, Texas. Kathy was born on April 2, 1943 in Quanah, Texas to Dewie and Dorothy Merle Milligan. Kathy loved gardening, canning and cooking. She loved her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and Husband Charles Swindell.
