Julia Ann Camacho, age 52, died Wednesday, January 23, 2013 in Amarillo. Services will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Holy Angels Catholic Church of Childress with Father David Contreras officiating. Burial will be in Childress Cemetery. Rosary will be held at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, January 25, 2013 from 7 - 8 PM. Julia Ann Camacho was born on September 11, 1960 to Mike Hernandez and Ruby Rodriguez in Childress, Texas. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed gardening, and collecting ceramic shoes and frogs. Julia had a green thumb and enjoyed gardening. She also loved keeping up with her favorite saop operas. Julia is preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Josephine Arias Johnson; two sisters, Patricia Ann Apodaca and Ruby Ann Monjares; and one brother, Tony Steve Rodriguez.
