Judy Fay Shivers, 67, of Paducah passed away peacefully with family and friends January 23, 2020.  Graveside services will be held Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. in the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery with Gene Latham officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home. She was born in Iowa Park, Texas on September 4, 1952. Her family would later move to Dallas where she graduated from Kimball High School in 1968. Judy was many things to many people, to her family: a wife, a mother, a grandmother, a great grandmother and a foundation. To her friends she was an enterprising businesswoman and professional accountant who loved life and doing things outdoors. She enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her parents J.D. and Ruby Mulkey. Survivors include her beloved husband Larry Shivers; sister Barbara Latham and husband, Gene; brother Gary Mulkey and wife, Heather; three daughters, April Hammer and husband, Kevin, Julie Sultuska and Cassy Long; her son, Barry Lancaster II and wife, Alena along with nine grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
