Obituary for Jon Henderson
Jon C. Henderson, age 67, passed away on January 4, 2019 in Rio Rancho, NM.
Services will be at 2:00pm, Friday, January 18, 2019 in the Joe E. Jones Memorial Chapel in Childress Cemetery with Rev. Chad King officiating.
Jon was born on October 6, 1951 to Doyal D. Henderson and Edwina Cope Henderson in Amarillo, TX. He was in the Navy and lived all over Texas. He collected American Indian artifacts, as well as gold and silver coins. He loved old cars and he was crazy about his sons and grandkids. He especially loved to receive pictures from Lexy.
He is prceded in death by his parents and two brothers Doyal Henderson and Jack Henderson.
John is survived by his son, John Dylan Henderson and wife Erica of North Richland Hills, TX; son, Anthony Henderson and wife Andrea of Fort Worth, TX; sister, Lena Mares of Rio Rancho, NM; grandchildren, Anthony, Alex, Angelina, Alexis, Ariana, Michael, Michelle and Alex and numerous nephews and nieces.
