Johnny Leroy Payne was born August 30, 1942 in Wichita Falls to James and Gladys Wheat Payne. Leroy worked for BNSF Railroad. He served in the U.S. Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Richard Payne, former wife, Julene Payne He is survived by: Son-Kevin Payne and wife Denise; Son-Justin Lane Daughter-Melissa Wartlust and husband Todd 3 Grandchildren Brother Robert Payne and wife Lynn of Addington, Ok.
