Joe McNabb, age 92, died Tuesday, January 1, 2013 in Childress. Services will be at 2:00 PM Friday, January 4, 2013 in First Baptist Church with Rev. Chad King officiating . Burial will be in Childress Cemetery. Joe was born August 27, 1920 in Childress to J.H. and June McNabb. He was a great husband, proud father and grandfather. He, "Little Joe" and his father, "Big Joe" worked for Burlington Northern Railroad until retirement. Fishing and hunting were his favorite passtimes.Membership was held in both, Burlington, and Childress Anglers and Sportmans Club. He is preceded in death by daughter, Patsy McNabb; sister, Ruby Bierchsmitt; brother, Betheal "Bog" McNabb, and 6 grandchildren.
