Jerry Lee Foley, 60 of Childress, Texas passed away peacefully Feb 4, 2023, alongside his family at 10:30 a.m.
Jerry married the love of his life, Tammy, in 1988. They started their family shortly after and returned to Childress to build their life together. Jerry was a hard worker from the age of 13 and truly believed there was plenty of time for work and play. He found joy in making people laugh. He devoted a large part his life to taking care of his family. He enjoyed fishing, summers at the lake, feeding people, and most of all being the life of the party. He was an upstanding man that would give his last to anyone in need. His wittiness, dance moves, and love for life will live on through his children and grandchildren. To honor Jerry’s wishes there will be no funeral service. We invite you to celebrate his life in any way that you see fit. He will always be with us in spirit.
He is preceded in death by his father Lee Elvin Patterson, his grandparents Lee Elvin Patterson Sr. and Naomi Ragsdale, his grandparents L.D and Laverne Portwood and grandson, Kavin Foley.
