Harold Eugene Ray, age 75 of Childress, TX and formerly of Sioux Falls, SD, passed away on November 24, 2014. No memorial services are scheduled at this time. Harold was born on March 28, 1939 in Quanah, TX to Charlie and Lennie Iona (Harris) Ray. He served his country in the United States Navy. Harold loved old cars, and even restored a 1926 Model T. He was a truck driver with Barber Transportation in Sioux Falls, SD for 26 years. Harold was a lifetime member of the American Legion in Valley Springs, SD, and was a member of the Teamster Union Local #749. Survivors include his wife, Sandra; two daughters, Sherry Ray and Karen Marks; a granddaughter, Emily Marks; four brothers, Kenneth, Dwight, Keith and Mike Ray; one sister, Betty Hawthorne; a son-in-law, Mike Marks; and numerous extended family and friends.
