She was born October 14, 1941 in Turkey to Doc and Frankie Bell. Growing up, Ginger spent her time ranching, farming, and cooking for the cowboys.

Ginger graduated from Turkey High School in 1960. She then went to beauty school. Ginger then opened her own beauty shop in Turkey that was operational for many years. There was never a head of hair she didn’t want to fix. She also did modeling for the Jessie Lee Modeling Agency. During her working years, Ginger had many different jobs including working at the Turkey Compress, Boll Weavel, and most importantly, caring for her family. She married Jerry Morgan in Raton, NM in 1959 and raised two wonderful sons, John and Rex. Ginger and Jerry loved to dance, and they were one of the founding members of Bob Wills Foundation. She enjoyed feeding the wild birds and painting. She was a productive member of the community by delivering Meals on Wheels and helping with food giveaway.

Ginger is survived by her brother Cody Bell, son Rex Morgan (Charla), grandson Cylor Morgan (Kaycie), granddaughter Sidney Morgan (Bryce), and cousin (Paullette Lipscomb). She is preceded in death by her parents Doc and Frankie Bell, and both her beloved husband Jerry Morgan and son John Morgan.

Ginger had a fiery spirit and the stubbornness of a mule, but when she loved something or someone, you knew it would never waver.
