Gabriel Don Pereyra Sr. was born on April 17, 1980 to Fortino Pereyra Sr. and Teresa G. Pereyra and went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on November 28, 2020. He was born in Bartow, Florida and passed away peacefully in Lubbock.
Gabriel had a smile that would light up a room. Gabriel loved to do many things but one thing is for sure, Gabriel loved to go fishing, backroadin, and most importantly his love for his family and children.
Gabriel is survived by his parents, Fortino Pereyra Sr. and Teresa Pereyra; his wife, Miranda Pereyra; his brothers and sisters Stephanie Williams and husband, Bobby, Fortino Pereyra Jr., Elizabeth “Liz” Pereyra, Camelia Fields, Tonya Pereyra and husband, Larry Short; 12 nieces and nephews who he loved very much; his children Amber N. Pereyra, Mariah Ramirez, Andrew Pereyra, Gabriel “Jr” Pereyra, Abigail Pereyra, Willow Ramero, Tabitha Smith, Taylor Smith and his grandchildren Kayden Pereyra and Zayden Smith.
Gabriel is preceded in death by his sister Rachel Pereyra, brother Donald Pereyra, grandparents Pereyra and Gonzales and nephew Alexander Salgado.
Gabriel loved life and smiled often and in Gabriel’s famous words – “Way Back in Vietnam.”
