Frances Lorene Mooney, age 86, passed away on October 27, 2017 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Frances was born on January 3, 1930 in Wichita Falls to Virgil Clifton and Carrie Catherine (Ball) Armstrong. She married Albert L. Mooney, and he preceded her in death.
