Obituary for Donna Ruth Cain

Memorial services for Donna Ruth Cain, 83, are scheduled for Monday, August 9, 2021 at 10 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church with Lou Ellerbrook, Randy Wilson and Joe Robinson officiating.
She passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2021 in Decatur.
Donna Baker was born April 8, 1938 to Homer Baker and Mary Lea Baker.
In 1976, she and husband, Glenn, moved to Childress to open K-Bobs Steakhouse which remained in business, operated by Donna, for 40 years. She was an avid golfer and loved going to Las Vegas. She also loved betting on football games with her grandchildren and was an all-star softball player on the National Softball League in 1954.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Glenn, a brother Don Baker and a brother-in-law Gerald Havens.
Survivors include her daughter, Nicole McGee and husband, Chris, of Decatur; granddaughter, Morgan McGee and fiancé Vidal Cantu of Houston; grandsons Steven McGee and Dylan McGee of Decatur; sister Marilyn Havens of Childress; niece, Kimberly Proctor and husband, Kendal, of Fayetteville, Ark.; niece Mindi Wells and husband, Michael, of Allen; a nephew, Greg Havens and wife, Nora, of Boston, Mass.; and great nieces and nephews Ian and Abbie Wells, Tyler and Trevor Proctor and Michael, Liam and Mary Havens.
