Obituary for Dalia Medina

Dalia Vitela Medina, age 61, passed away on February 2, 2019 in Childress, TX.
Memorial services will be 1:30pm, Saturday, February 9, 2019 at Trinity Worship Center with Ronnie Shoffner officiating.
Dalia was born on September 26, 1957 to Doroteo Vitela Sr. and Guadalupe Longoria Vitela in Raymondville, TX.  
She was a multifaceted spiritual woman who lived to serve God.   From the time she was a child and throughout she sought to comfort those in pain and sorrow.   She was an evangelist who brought many people to Christ through her preaching in many states, as well as Mexico.   She served as a pastor and translator at The Temple of Praise for 12 years.  
Dalia loved shared her ministry through several different art forms.   She was a singer/songwriter and she was also an artist who loved to draw.   She enjoyed arts and crafts.   However, her greatest love in this world were her grandchildren and would always say “She loved her babies”.
She is preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Doroteo Vitela Jr. and Ruben Vitela and 2 sisters, Dominga Gonzalez and Elizabeth Lopez.
She is survived by her son, Jose Angel Sanchez Jr. of Stillwater, OK; daughter, Anika Sanchez of Childress, TX; grandchildren, Savannah, Harley Angel and Seven Sanchez of Stillwater, OK and Noah and Emma Sanchez of Tulsa, OK; great grandchildren, Charlotte Hayze and Zaeden Alexander Ralston of Stillwater, OK; sister, Estella Reyna of Childress, TX; brother, Sam Vitela Sr. of Childress, TX; brother, Ramiro Vitela of Childress, TX; brother, John Vitela of Childress, TX; sister, Olga Vitela of Ralls, TX; brother, Robert Vitela of Lubbock, TX; Numerous Nephews, Nieces and Cousins.
