Carol Ann Sharp, age 70, passed away on January 21, 2017 in Childress, TX. Funeral Services will be at 2:00pm on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Trinity Worship Center with Bill Pollard officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel. Carol was born on December 23, 1946 in Carlsbad, NM to John Hammond and Burnae Kurley Hammond. She was a very artistic person who had appreciation for all types of arts and crafts. She loved to travel to go see her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed getting out of the house to go gambling with her friends to have a good time. She especially adored Shaggy, her dog which was always by her side. Carol was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bill Sharp; 2 Great grandchildren, Aaydyn Noack and McKinzy Noack. She is survived by: Son - Billy Sharp and wife, Gwena of Childress, TX Daughter - Carolyn Kidd of Elk City, OK Son - Archie Sharp and wife, Marlee of Childress, TX Son - William Sharp and wife, Tina of Clovis, NM Son - David Sharp of Childress, TX Sister - Betty Carpenter and husband, Gus of Kansas 24 Grandchildren Numerous Great Grandchildren In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to CRMC Hospice, P.O.
