Alice Ann Hageman Cheek, age 80, died Tuesday, June 4, 2013 in Childress. Services will be at 10:00 AM Thursday, June 6, 2013 in Childress Church of Christ with Dr. Mike Henderson officiating . Burial will be in Garden of Memories in Paducah, Texas. Visitation will be held at Johnson Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Alice was born on June 27, 1932 in Longview, Texas to A.C. and Blanche Hageman. She married Harold Cheek on September 16, 1961. They were married for almost 46 years at the time of his passing. Alice was a long time member of the Childress Church of Christ. She and her husband owned and operated R.H. Norris Hardware and JC Penny's. In more recent years, she worked at Lott Home Center. She was an avid reader and enjoyed cooking and crafts. Alice is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Harold; one son, Richard Cheek.
