Betty Holman Childress.TX June 18, 2012 8:39 AM		I knew Vera years ago when she played dominoes with Roy McCain's mother. There were only a few women who were good players and she was one of them. I remember when she first became a resident of Cottage Village and always greeted me when I came to visit my own mother. I appreciated the family letting my mother share Vera's room when my mother could no longer live in the apartments. Vera became extra special to me during those weeks that she was with my mother. She was a great lady!

But oh I know she is in heaven with all of our loved ones that have went on before us.She is so much better off up there than here. She was one of Gods angels.
